About the role:
You'll be working with a highly skilled team always looking for new and better ways to do things be that new technologies and tools or the way in which we work together and other business areas. It's an exciting time to join the Digital department working on some of the most well-known insurance brands in the UK.
You will be:
Supporting the business to develop deeper understanding of their customers and business performance to create a flawless digital experience. You don't just see rows of data but the stories that lie within and can bring them to life in the context of the business. You'll have a creative and innovative approach to problem solving with a passion for digital and web technologies who has proven experience working in a digital or ecommerce environment.
What you'll be doing:
* You will be the link between raw data and performance understanding to drive positive outcomes for our customers and business
* Use available and new information assets to help define appropriate metrics and key success indicators
* Working closely with 3rd party providers and the Digital Analytics Implementation colleagues to deliver design architecture and development of the digital database
* Educate and inspire colleagues with visual analytics
